People Say This About Our Camp
"RIMPA Welcomes the 2004 participants in the Law Enforcement, Education and Technology Computer Camp. We wish to thank all who have assisted in this endeavor. "

While we want, and intend, everyone to learn and have fun, there are A FEW things that must happen while each student attends the camp.
- FIRST AND FOREMOST - NO WEAPONS, NO FIGHTING, NO ALCOHOL, NO
SMOKING, AND NO DRUGS!! Doing or having any of the above will
not only get you put out of the program, it will likely land you in
the one place WE do not want you -- THE TRAINING SCHOOL.
- BE ON TIME - We have a lot to accomplish in an obviously short period
of time. Just think of this as being an employment situation. If you
don't get to work on time, they dock your pay. If you don't get here
on time, you miss out on the information (which is your true payment
for being here).
- BE RESPECTFUL OF THE EQUIPMENT - We have been very fortunate to be
able to secure this facility for our program. IF YOU BREAK SOMETHING,
WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. So BE CAREFUL!!!
- ASK QUESTIONS - Ask as many questions you feel need answers to, regardless
of the topic. We will talk about computers, the internet, police practice
and procedures, racial profiling, and anything else your heart and mind
desires. BUT NO ARGUMENTS. Constructive inquisitiveness is good...ARGUMENTIVENESS
WILL GET YOU NO WHERE.
- BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS - There will be people here that you may not
like; there will be people here who may not like YOU. But EVERYONE IS
ENTITLED TO THEIR OPINION and we WILL respect that right.
