People Say This About Our Camp

"RIMPA Welcomes the 2004 participants in the Law Enforcement, Education and Technology Computer Camp. We wish to thank all who have assisted in this endeavor.

"

LT. Charles Wilson, President

The law enforcement community must be ever cognizant of it's mandate to treat all members of the community with dignity and respect. It is a key factor in providing both fair and just protection of the public, and goes to the very core of community policing efforts.

In like terms, the community, particularly it's youth, must understand that the profession of policing is a heavy task maker, and that their first observations of law enforcement officers may not, of necessity, be the correct one.

Through the courtesy of the National Association of Black Law Enforcement Officers, we present "What To Do When Stopped By The Police?" as a means of empowering and educating BOTH law enforcement and the community.
