While WE knew about it, academic studies are now being published which indicate that, while the use of computers and access to the internet is growing at a dynamic rate, there are still SOME neighborhoods that are behind in this technological world.

Our communities, and particularly our children, must be able to fully grasp this technology in order to enhance their quality of life and understanding of the systems under which we live and operate. WITHOUT IT, we will continue to be left behind. WITH IT, we can further insure our opportunity to be seen, AND TREATED, as equals with the rest of the world.
