Membership

The Rhode Island Minority Police Association maintains the following membership classes:

• Active Member - Annual Membership Assessment is $75.00. The initial membership fee is graduated based upon the date of application (January - June: $75.00; July - November: $50.00)

• Associate Member - Annual Membership Assessment is $50.00. The initial membership fee is graduated based upon the date of application (January - June: $50.00; July - November: $35.00)

• Supporting Member - Annual Membership Assessment is $25.00

• Corporate Member - Annual Membership Assessment is $150.00

Active and Associate Members are available only to those employed in the law enforcement, correctional, investigative, or institutional public safety professions.

* Active Membership is available only to sworn peace officers

Persons interested in joining or renewing their membership may complete an online application, or download an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) for printing and mailing.
